  I typically reserve 5 stars for businesses that meet my standards under three criteria: business acumen, my customer service, and how they treat their employees.
  
  At first - our transition in was rocky due to a changing of office management at this location. However, Natasha was apt to take control, ensure an easy move in and take time to get to know us. Houses are lovely. Updated appliances. Hard wood laminate that fooled me. And 2 car garage. Super energy efficient.
  
  All of our neighbors rock. Seriously, it's like we live on a reality TV show but no drama. The business acumen is precise and up to date with a system called rent cafè which allows us to see itemized month by month where our money goes and consistently.
  
  Finally, the property field support, manager, technician (seriously he does a lot) Nick is super quick to handle any housing needs regarding plumbing, air etc. if there is a problem he can't get, he calls a crew in. I respect that.
